Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Prepaid Shipping Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack and Ship
Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box, secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton, and attach the prepaid label before dropping it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to be processed back to your original payment method.
